This Privacy Policy explains how Candy Crawl ("we," "us," or "the app") handles information when you play our game. Candy Crawl is designed as a family-friendly game, and protecting your privacy — especially the privacy of children — is important to us.
Candy Crawl does not collect, store, or share personal information on our own servers. We don't run third-party ads, we don't use analytics or tracking SDKs, and we don't require you to create an account or give us your name, email, or location. Your game progress is stored locally on your device. The only data interactions happen through Apple's own services (Game Center and the App Store), which you control.
We do not collect, request, or have access to:
Candy Crawl uses two Apple services. Information shared with these services is governed by Apple's own privacy practices, not ours.
Game Center (leaderboards). If you choose to use Game Center, Apple manages your Game Center profile and the scores you submit to our leaderboards. We receive only the public leaderboard display name and score that Apple makes available, and only so we can show rankings inside the game. Using Game Center is optional and controlled by your device settings.
In-App Purchases (App Store). Optional purchases — premium costumes and sprinkle packs — are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles all payment information. We never see or store your credit card, billing details, or Apple ID. We only receive confirmation from Apple that a purchase was completed so we can unlock the item.
Your game data — including sprinkles earned, costumes owned, upgrades, daily streaks, and high scores — is saved locally on your device. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Deleting the app removes this local data.
Candy Crawl is built to be appropriate for children and families. In keeping with that commitment:
